Offer Period
This promotional offer is valid from 10 November 2025 until 24 December 2025 inclusive. The Christmas offer promotion shall run for a total period of seven (7) weeks and is available only during these stated dates.

Eligibility and Pricing
The promotional pricing is applicable only when ten (10) units are purchased, at which point the customer will receive one (1) additional unit free of charge. This pricing structure is valid solely for the duration of the Christmas offer promotion.

Evaluation Units
Evaluation units may be returned within one (1) week of receipt if the customer is not satisfied. Returned units must be in their original condition and packaging.

Operating System Options
Units are supplied with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 as standard.
Customers may opt to upgrade to Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024 for an additional fee.
